Any purchases from the website or event have 3 days from receipt should you feel the need to return an items. Items can only be returned if they are damaged or broken in transit. For a full refund you must contact me via email at reikitherapywithjacqui@gmail.com in the first instance to discuss any issues.

If you attend any events, workshops or private sesisons held by Reiki Therapy with Jacqui you do so at your own risk. You must inform Jacqui immediately of any health issues before commencing classes such as breathwork or events. Ultimately the decision is up to you. You know your body & you know your limits. If you feel you need to speak to your GP before commencing I recommend you do so.

There will be no refunds on events or classes unless they are cancelled by Reiki Therapy with Jacqui. Ticket exchange may be possible but please contact Jacqui in the first instance.
